Delaney Roberts Specialist Family Lawyers has welcomed Blaise Minter to their team. She joins as a Senior Associate, set to lead their Estate Litigation team as a specialist in the area.
Blaise has built her career in a boutique Estate Litigation firm in Sydney, working exclusively in Estate Litigation, Probate and Estate Administration and Wills and Estate Planning.
Speaking about her appointment, Blaise said that the opportunity to work with Roberts Specialist Family Lawyers aligned well with her values and business goals, both personally and for the business.
“When I met with Anna Roberts (Director) for the first time it was really exciting to be on the same page about the opportunities we saw for the Estates team and to be able to discuss the direction we could take the business in the future,” Blaise said.
Blaise is returning to Newcastle with her young daughter to be close to family and to enjoy more of the city she grew up in.
“I was so pleased to be joining a premium firm with a strong brand, a clear vision and one where there is a role for me to contribute to that growth.”
Delaney Roberts Specialist Family Lawyers Director, Anna Roberts said Blaise’ addition will see the business propel forward and into new business territory, which is very exciting.

“Estate Planning and Litigation considerations are matters affecting all families, at some time, the addition of Blaise to our team, especially with her Litigation expertise, is a coup for our clients.”
Blaise is highly experienced in dealing with the various issues that may arise in the administration of complex estates.
When discussing her approach, Blaise said she is all about ensuring clients get the support they need and to weather the storm.
“My clients are often going through a very stressful and emotional time in their lives and I believe a big part of my role is to take away their stress as much as possible,” she said.
“I worry about the detail and take control, doing everything that is necessary to preserve the Estate assets for the intended beneficiaries.”
