Beam Bookkeeping announced the promotion of Keeley Gibbons to Partner, marking a milestone in the firm’s growth. Keeley joined the firm in August 2018 as a Bookkeeper and most recently served as Operations Manager, contributing to systems, workflows and client service across Beam’s offices in Newcastle, Maitland, Port Stephens and Sydney.

Managing Director of Beam Bookkeeping, Katie McCool said the appointment reflected Keeley’s impact across the business. Katie said Keeley brought warmth, adaptability and a commitment to client outcomes and team development.

Fellow Partner, Debbie Mirisch also acknowledged Keeley’s leadership and focus on improvement. Debbie said Keeley demonstrated integrity and care for clients and colleagues, with the promotion recognising sustained contribution.

Keeley said the promotion was an opportunity to continue supporting the team and clients. Keeley said Beam’s culture of care and continuous improvement motivated their work and they looked forward to building on that foundation in the Partner role.
