Ampcontrol has strengthened its commitment to powering the Newcastle Jets by becoming a Major Partner of both the Newcastle Jets Men and Women A-League Teams.
The 2022/23 Liberty A-League season marks the first year Ampcontrol has supported the Women’s league.

“Sport has always been important to the community and we’re amped to see women’s sporting teams get the recognition and support they deserve,” Rod said.
“As Ampcontrol continues to strive for innovation, expanding into new industries, the opportunity to expand our support of the Newcastle Jets Football Club to be a Major Partner of the Women’s League was a no brainer.”
Newcastle Jets Executive Chairman, Shane Mattiske said he welcomes having Ampcontrol on board as a Major Partner of the Women’s A-League team for the first time.
“Ampcontrol has been an enormous supporter of our Men’s team and we’re delighted to see that expand into our Women’s side for this season,” Shane said.
“I know the Women’s team will be proud to display Ampcontrol on the back of their jerseys and how much they appreciate the support of such a large Hunter-based business.”
The 2022/23 Liberty A-League season is already underway, and the Newcastle Jets proudly displayed Ampcontrol on the back of their playing jersey for the first time as they took on Perth Glory at No.2 Sportsground on Saturday 3 December 2022.
“We’re amped to be alongside this great club and expanding our support of the Newcastle Jets to extend to the Women’s A-League,” Rod concluded.
