REINSW honoured Leah Jay’s innovation in property management and investment services

Leah Jay was recognised with the Excellence in Innovation Award at the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) Awards for Excellence on Tuesday, 16 September 2025. The award acknowledged the agency’s approach to property management by integrating independent property investment advice, portfolio evaluation, optimisation, project management, acquisition strategies and divestment strategies.

The category celebrated businesses advancing the industry and judges recognised Leah Jay’s sustainable, future‑focused service model designed to benefit clients, the agency and the wider profession.

General Manager, Cassandra Lantry said the award reflected the company’s vision for the sector.

“Leah Jay always had an aspirational and holistic outlook on property management. This award recognised our commitment to evolving property management into a full investment partnership that empowers clients, creates value and raises the standard for the industry,” Cassandra said.

Leah Jay said its Investment Services division focused on four pillars: Property Health Checks, Project Management, Acquisition Strategies and Divestment Strategies. The services were designed to support investors throughout the lifecycle of their property journey from purchase to sale.

Established in 1994, Leah Jay built a track record of industry recognition and said it aimed to continue redefining property management in the Hunter region.
