Jessica Deamer has recently progressed from Paraplanner to Director at Crest Financial Services, showcasing determination and perseverance in the financial advisory sector.
Recognised for her achievements, Jessica received a nomination for the 2023 Women in Finance Awards and won the New Talent Award at the 2023 National ASTRUM Awards, emphasising her notable contributions to the financial sphere and the significance of diversity and inclusion.
Joining Crest in 2015 while studying Finance at The University of Newcastle, Jessica’s career trajectory has been marked by her adept handling of financial planning intricacies, leading her to manage the paraplanning team and eventually become a financial adviser.
