Turnbull Hill Lawyers has further boosted its experienced family law team with their latest recruit, Sarah Walker.

Sarah joined Turnbull Hill Lawyers in June 2019 and works within the family law team to provide legal services in family, de-facto, property settlements, separation agreements, divorce, children’s matters and child support.

Turnbull Hill Lawyers Partner, Warwick Gilbertson said that Sarah has become a real asset to the growing team since starting in June.

“Sarah’s experience, passion and professionalism adds great value to our team and therefore, the outcomes of our clients,” Warwick said.

Sarah previously worked in organisational psychology, in which she holds a Bachelor and master’s degree.

She undertook a master’s degree in Applied Law (Family Law) and now combines her knowledge of the law with the practicalities of personal litigation, providing a modern, practical and empathetic approach to clients and their families.

Assisting clients with property settlements, parenting matters, relocation including international relocation, companies and trusts and superannuation funds is part of her newly acquired role.

Regularly appearing in the Federal Circuit Court and the Family Court of Australia, Sarah has a high calibre of talent that has become an asset to the Turnbull Hill Lawyers team.

She can negotiate and mediate to achieve settlements outside of court, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients.

Sarah is also an active member of the NSW Law Society, Newcastle Law Society and Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners Association.
