Being unable to find the perfect office space led local businesspeople Gavin Banks and Olivia Olley to find develop their own space – The Production Hub (TPH).

Their vision for a high-functioning workspace that reshapes the idea of a shared office suite has been realised ‚Äì but they’re also inviting others to use the space alongside them.

Creative Director of Good Eye Deer, Gavin Banks said that The Production Hub has been designed for professionals who want to break the mould.

“We're looking for innovative people who want to take their business to the next level – in a stunning work environment, alongside like-minded individuals,” Gavin said.

“With a desk or office inside TPH, businesses are presented in a whole new light. Clients are suddenly more impressed.”

The light-filled, first floor space above Frontline Hobbies has been architecturally designed and purpose built as Newcastle's premier co-working facility for boutique businesses in the rapidly changing heart of Newcastle's CBD.

“While The Production Hub was conceived as a magnet for creative industries such as graphic designers, web developers, architects and marketers, it's so slick that any professional would be proud to welcome clients into this workspace. As long as they are small businesses as we only have two office spaces and ten desks available,” Gavin continued.

Olivia said she has been blown away by the positive response so far.

“We are so happy with what we can offer at really affordable rates. It gives other professionals a quality workspace they could never afford on their own,” Oliva said.
