Newcastle-based leadership consultant, Greg Mowbray, believes it is time Hunter leaders made their leadership development journey a priority.
Greg is just about to launch a new concept in leadership development in the Hunter, the ACCELERATE Leadership Mentor Program which involves monthly group mastermind meetings and in depth one-on-one sessions. The program is designed to fast track leadership effectiveness for Hunter leaders.
“In my experience Hunter business executives and businessowners are working so hard in their businesses that they don’t have time to develop their leadership capabilities,” Greg said. “Couple this with a lack of awareness about what they should be doing, and we have some very well meaning, very senior – but frustrated people who feel they are underperforming in their leadership.”
“Most people want to be better leaders, they just lack the time and focus, and this program will address both of those issues” he added.
The ACCELERATE Leadership Mentor Program will be launched in a free information session on Monday, 19 September 2016 at the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club.
