Neat Admin Co ups the ante on virtual assistant industry

A new executive administration service is taking the concept of ‘virtual assistant’ to another level with a timeshare system that sets it apart from the industry-standard task-based model.

Neat Admin Co has upped the ante with its offering, which allows it to become an integrated part of its clients’ business as a virtual offsider, be on call for urgent requests, on hand to liaise with customers and autonomously manage the administrative workload.

Founded by professional Executive Assistant Jenny McPeak, Neat Admin Co offers monthly Executive Assistant packages, which provide the basis for an ongoing partnership with clients.

The model allows Neat Admin Co to always be available for what’s needed, when it’s needed, and has been shaped to respond to the changing dynamics of SMEs and the way professionals across the spectrum of sectors work.

Jenny said Neat Admin Co was a flexible and highly responsive business that operated like a simple subscription service to fill the admin void often felt by SME operators.

“Neat Admin Co is built on a true understanding of what companies like this need,” Jenny said.

“Our purpose is to manage the back office tasks that every small business needs done to allow owners to get on with their core business with the confidence that the admin is being taken care of quietly and professionally in the background,” she said.

“We’ve based our business on thinking outside the box – we don’t work Monday to Friday from nine to five and we don’t have a job description – but what we do offer is a set of skills to adapt to what business owners really need. What’s more, because we work remotely, our clients carry no overheads for our service.”

“We are here for those small operators who find themselves spending Sunday afternoons managing accounts and trying to track down emails and invoices – we can handle everything from diary management to travel arrangements, accounts, monitoring web enquiries, data entry, Board meeting preparation and taking minutes.”

Neat Admin Co offers its service as a monthly package, which is agreed to in advance with the client, allowing the time to be used whenever and however best suits the needs of each individual business.

“Effectively it means businesses can buy as much or as little of our time as required and we just take care of things as they are needed,” Jenny said.

“We take responsibility for keeping an eye on the workload and helping clients manage their business administration tasks as easily and efficiently as possible.”

Virtual assistants have become increasingly popular among employees and employers, particularly with the growth of freelancers, startups and entrepreneurs.
