Junction Fair Shopping Centre has undergone a welcome rejuvenation.

Fortius Group purchased the centre in December 2014 with a $32million plan to transform the centre into a thriving community hub.

Asset Manager for Fortius Group, Renaud Herington, said the centre needed a little attention to create an iconic space in the popular suburb.

“We wanted to show that Junction Fair is the growing hub that this community and surrounding neighbourhoods deserve, combining convenience with a unique boutique experience,” Renaud said.

From one-of-a-kind stores to chic boutiques and shops that meet everyday needs, the shopping hub has grown to include stores such as Sanbah Surf, 12 Rounds Fitness, Scoop Wholefoods, Harrys Schnitzels, The Essential Ingredient, Doughheads and more.

The rejuvenated centre was revealed to the public at a launch event on Saturday, 12 November 2016.
