Gen Wilcox is the interim General Manager of I Am Here an NDIS approved provider of 24/7 respite accommodation services, Supported Independent Living and Community Respite for adults and children with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Reporting to the Board of Management, Gen provides leadership and strategic and operational management of I Am Here services, ensuring all they are people centric.

Gen brings to I Am Here her deep experience in developing a positive, diverse, and inclusive culture while managing the change process as it evolves. Her understanding of the NDIS framework and legislative and regulatory requirements are paramount in the role.
