Offering an exciting start to the year for the Osborn Law team, comes the new appointment of Accredited Specialist – Commercial Litigation, Tasha Wolodko-Kouril as Senior Associate. 

Tasha has over 9 years’ experience in the legal profession and has been an integral part of the Osborn Law Debt Recovery and Dispute Resolution team.

She’s highly skilled in various legal areas such as debt recovery, residential building disputes, unfair preference claims, and advising on the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1989 (NSW). Additionally, she excels in drafting legal documents like terms of engagement, distributor agreements, and loan agreements.
