Newcastle’s creative agency, Headjam, has racked up some impressive achievements and nominations recently. It has also been adding to its talented team.
Louise Saxton has joined the leading-edge agency as account manager, following a very successful stint in Scotland.
She spent three years in Edinburgh, working with Contagious and then Maclean TM.
During her time at Contagious, Louise worked closely with a team of graphic, motion and interior designers and developers on a range of projects spanning digital and marketing. Two notable clients were Irish Distillers Limited and International Beverage.
Louise was heavily involved in Irish Distillers’ refurbishment of a derelict building in Midleton, County Cork, to create the Irish Whiskey Academy, as well as all graphic and marketing materials required to support this. International Beverage’s Knowledge Bank project included the creation of brand strategy documents for internal sales teams and various pieces of graphic and marketing materials.
During her time at Maclean TM, Louise managed the agency’s largest client Tesco Bank. Maclean TM also allowed her to expand on her experience in training staff.
Headjam director Luke Kellett said Louise brings extensive experience in the areas of brand strategy and digital communication management that will complement the agency’s current work in the education, health, arts and community sectors.
Louise was born and bred in the Hunter and has a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Newcastle.
After some successful stints locally Louise spread her wings. Now she’s back and will work with Headjam’s growing list of clients based in Newcastle and across Australia.
