Leading property management agency, Leah Jay has appointed Operations Manager Cassandra Lantry to the role of Director.
The addition of another director marks a new era for the company, which has run under the existing structure for the past 24 years.
Cassandra joined the company in 2005 as a commercial property assistant, progressing through a variety of roles and promotions over the past 13 years.
Her expertise and experience spans across the entire business, including residential and commercial property, office and project management, team development and leadership, and business operations.
“From early on, I knew that I wanted to be a part of the future of the business,” Cassandra said.
“I am very appreciative of the opportunity to enter this new stage in my journey with Leah Jay.”
Cassandra has consistently pursued personal and professional development as her career has progressed, obtaining a Master of Business in 2013 and achieving award recognition from the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
She was appointed to the role of Operations Manager in 2017, overseeing Leah Jay’s property management activities, reviewing the company’s procedures and policies, and helping implement new systems and processes.
Cassandra will continue these roles in her directorship, leading the team, driving the business forward and contributing to the strategic decisions for the future. Founding Director, Leah Jay said the advancement to Director was a natural next step in Cassandra’s journey with the company.
“Cassandra has demonstrated exceptional leadership across the business, and has made significant contributions to its direction and development over the last 13 years,” Leah said.
“We are proud to welcome her into this key position as we move towards our future goals.”
