Lambourne Partners recently held their fifth annual charity golf day, raising over $10,300 for a local charity.
This year’s recipient was the ‘Joshua Caruso Foundation, which was established by Josh’s parents Joe and Belinda after losing their son to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Their aim is to raise money to put defibrillators in as many sporting organisations and school’s to prevent this from happening to another child.
Lambourne Partners Associate Partner, Chad Nean, said that the day was a great success, with beautiful weather.
“This is the fifth year we have held this event and our aim is to chose a charity that is local and one that is perhaps less well funded,” Chad said. “This way the proceeds stay in the local community and have a greater impact for the charity.”
“The day is also a chance for our clients and business partners to get together to network and relax.”
“The partners would like to thank all of our hole sponsors and raffles prize donors who help make this day such a success.”
This year’s event was won by the team at NAB Business Banking.
