Joining forces with Façon Magazine, Chic Management will be attending the Newcastle Show to scout for talent.

Upon the search, Chic Management will be reviewing model search entrants and the winner will get the opportunity to meet with Chic.

Director of Chic Management, Kathy Ward said they have found some of their most famous faces in model competitions such as Face of Façon.

“We can’t wait to see the line-up of talent on the catwalk at the Newcastle show next weekend,” Kathy said.

“We are looking for a wide range of looks personalities, ages and body types.”

Fostering and empowering Australian and international talent for over 28 years, Chic Management has managed the careers of some of the world’s leading names in modelling including Natalie Roser and previous Façon Magazine cover stars Samantha Harris and Annalise McLachlan.

The ‘Face of Façon’ model search will be held across the three days of the Newcastle Show between 3-5 March, aiming to inspire regional talent into a career based on individuality and expression, and less on the outdated beauty standards of traditional modelling competitions.

“We want to encourage talented people, no matter your background, to come forward and share what it is that makes you feel confident,” Editor in Chief and Founder of Façon Magazine, Lara Lupish said.

Iconic local salon, WAK The Salon has also joined forced with Chic Management, providing the winner with hair and makeup for a full day’s photoshoot and a haircare pack personalised to the winner’s specific needs.

Skingym Australia is also getting involved to promote the benefits of skincare and their range of natural and non-invasive skin treatments, including an awesome surprise in the gift bag that each participant will receive.
