Business operators in Singleton are urged to forward their most up to date information to the Singleton Visitor Information and Enterprise Centre (SVIEC) for inclusion in the centre’s updated Business Database.

Singleton Council General Manager Lindy Hyam says the Singleton Business website is a great place to promote local business and the diverse range of industries operating within the Singleton community.

“Our Visitor Information and Enterprise Centre is here to support local business through the facilitation of regular business workshops and business and funding newsletters,” Lindy said.

“It’s important businesses wishing to take advantage of the opportunities available to them locally update their details on the Business Database to ensure they not only receive timely and relevant information, but are easily accessible to the community.”

The Business Database is tool intended to ensure effective communication with business operators regarding business events and workshops and enables accurate business information to be shared with existing and potential customers.

Businesses are urged to forward their information to the SVIEC as soon as possible. Those that have not received a letter and wish to forward their current details can find the Business Contact Form on the Singleton Business website.

The next Singleton Business workshop will look at the uses of Google+ as a tool for business marketing. The workshop will be held at the SVIEC, North Room on Wednesday 27 August from 12.30pm to 2pm.
