To sustainably support their growth, local firm PerformHR has recently expanded its leadership base by appointing a new Client Services Director Team to the business.
PerformHR CEO, Lyndell Fogarty said the decision to expand the team was made to ensure that the business’ value proposition in both quality and service remained high.
“The past few years have seen PerformHR experience significant growth,” Lyndell said.
“This growth has been driven by the mid-tier market seeking a better way for HR to support the operational and strategic needs of their organisations. This demand is not specific to the Hunter, but right across the eastern seaboard, and our team has grown over 50% in the past 12 months alone to cater for our client growth.
“We have proudly built our reputation on high quality and service and have created two new roles to help fulfil that requirement.”
PerformHR has recruited four new leaders, including three Client Service Directors and an ER Service Director, each of which has been filled internally.
“Our leaders have been selected to help lead our team, service delivery and client engagement into the next phase of growth,” Lyndell said.
“After undergoing a gruelling selection process using some our of region’s finest leaders as our selection panel, I am delighted to announce our leaders to you.”
Gabrielle Hancock, Tahnee McWhirter and Karen Ansen have been appointed Client Service Directors and Rosalind Loxton has become the team’s ER Service Director.
“The diversity of thinking, experience and technical expertise that these new leaders bring to our leadership team only strengthens our foundation for continued sustainable growth,” Lyndell said.
“I look forward to seeing these dynamic individuals take PerformHR to the next level.”
