Osborn Law Senior Solicitor, Tasha Wolodko-Kouril, has achieved Specialist Accreditation in Commercial Litigation with the Law Society of NSW.
Specialist Accreditation, initiated by the Law Society in 1992, recognises a legal practitioner’s expertise in their field and is held by less than five per cent of the profession in NSW.
It is the highest official recognition that a solicitor can attain from the Law Society and offers clients a reliable way to identify lawyers who excel in specific areas of law.
Solicitors who achieve accreditation are carefully reviewed during a three-month program involving a rigorous peer-to-peer assessment process, evaluating legal knowledge and its practical application.
To be eligible to apply a solicitor must have practised law full-time for at least 5 years and worked in their chosen area of specialty for at least 3 years.
