Experienced Real Estate Agent, Matt McKee has embraced the new normal and launched his own agency – McKee Real Estate powered by Urban X.

Hand in hand with his fiancé, Shannon Boschuetz, Matt is harnessing his personal brand of professionalism and optimism to serve the needs of the dynamic property market in our region.

It seems real estate was always destined for Matt, as he grew up learning the skills of sales, closing deals and customer service from his dad.

Working at McDonalds as a teenager and studying business and commerce at the University of Newcastle (UoN) equipped Matt with a strong work ethic and sound knowledge base.

With his family teaching him the importance of helping others, compassion and kindness, Matt was always going to take a different approach to real estate.

“The customer comes first, and I take pride in helping my clients on their real estate journey. Real estate can be incredibly stressful for the interested parties, so I strive to remove the stress and bring my own brand of positivity to every deal,” Matt said.

Matt’s candid enthusiasm and energy for serving others through the real estate industry is infectious.

Matt is a seasoned professional, having worked in agencies of different sizes, being awarded several industry awards and previously a partner in a large firm at only 24 years of age.

He’s been fortunate to work with incredible mentors and learn from some of the best in the business, and he’s only warming up.

The freedom of his own brand grants Matt permission to harness his well-respected sales expertise and boundless energy, to deliver unparalleled customer service, all while having fun.

“I enjoy helping people achieve their property goals, and I try to make it a fun process for all involved. My role is to keep the customer smiling,” he said.

“Shannon and I want our customers to feel confident in our presentation, negotiation tactics and real estate experience, so they can relax and wait for the offers to come in.”
