Hunter-based business leader, speaker and happiness activator, Amanda Lee from HappinessHQ has recently been published in the latest edition of the world-renowned book series, Chicken Soup for the Soul.
Amanda’s story, titled Attraction in Action, was chosen amongst thousands of entries for Chicken Soup for the Soul: Dreams and the Unexplainable. This true story taps into the life-changing power of intention and the law of attraction, which is foundational to Amanda’s success as a coach.
Amanda said she was honoured to be included in such a prestigious publication and to help spark inspiration, happiness and empowerment on a larger scale.
“There is a large body of evidence that proves that the power of our thoughts and intentions can affect our outer circumstances in the most astounding way and my son, who features in the story, has learned this from an early age,” Amanda said.
“So, although this anecdote is light-hearted, it also points to something much more significant. I believe that we need to embrace the law of attraction as one of the most powerful tools that business people can use to bring more balance and ease, as well as true success, into their lives.
“With the world challenging us in so many ways, overwhelm is becoming more and more common in our professional and personal lives, but it doesn’t need to be that way.
“There’s a new powerful approach that I believe is needed amongst the chaos of our modern world, and it’s readily available to all of us. It comes down to recognising that everything – both within us and around us – is energy. You can either learn how to deliberately work with that energy to be powerful with ease, or else continue to fight against the current.
“Particularly as business professionals, we need to stop using willpower and force to make things happen and instead learn to take a much more powerful, effective and enjoyable approach. There will always be challenges, but there is a way to navigate with ease and to attract circumstances into your life that on face value might seem impossible.”
When business professionals stop fighting the current and learn to live in the flow, in both their work and personal lives, it becomes not just about surviving, but thriving.
“You can make your best contribution in the world living the way you want to, not the way you feel you have to,” Amanda said.
As a well-known Coach, Teacher and Creator of The MAP of YOU, which is a five-step framework for living with powerful ease, Amanda said she has helped hundreds of business professionals, their partners and their children to stop struggling on the treadmill and start living their lives with ease, without sacrificing their successful careers.
Chicken Soup for the Soul has over 100 million books sold to date in the U.S. and Canada alone and is translated into more than 40 languages.
