Hunter real estate agency PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie was a standout performer at PRD’s National Annual Awards for 2014, taking out the Most Outstanding Office award, among a suite of other accolades.
Held at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney on Saturday, 11 April 2015, the awards highlighted the very top performers across the agency nationally.
The agency scooped up a total of 17 awards at the national event.
The Newcastle and Lake Macquarie office, headed by Mark Kentwell, was also named the Number One Office nationally for the fourth year running, while Mark himself was named Number One Selling Principal for the fifth year in a row.
Newcastle’s George Rafty was named the agency’s Number One Selling Agent nationally, and colleagues Cveta Kolarovski and Rodney Goodwin were also in the top 10.
Mark said the result was the most outstanding in his agency’s history and reflected a corporate culture dedicated to results and client satisfaction.
“We have a team of top performing agents who are passionate about Newcastle and achieving the best results for their clients,” Mark said.
“Our culture is based on innovation, respect and success.”
The night’s biggest coup, the Most Outstanding Office Award, was presented to PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie for its high level of real estate professionalism.
The award criteria state that the office culture should radiate a strong work ethic, great customer service and a supportive team spirit.
The Newcastle office was recognised for its high level of service, as evidenced by testimonials and repeat clientele.
Mark was a founding Director of PRDnationwide Newcastle 10 years ago and has since founded PRDnationwide Lake Macquarie, SafeHands Property Management, Newcastle New Projects and PRD Easy Move, collectively employing a team of over 63 people.
