Hunter United have recently launched a new product offering that places its collaboration with a local charity at the centre.
A partnership between Hunter United and the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation has seen the release of a ‘pink’ credit card, which features the logo of the local grassroots charity.
Hunter United CEO, Steve Martinelli said that they were pleased to have the opportunity to support a great local charity.
“HBCF are such important contributors to the local area through the support they offer people living in the Hunter with breast cancer,” Steve said.
“Our affiliation is just another way we strive to make a real difference to the community”.
HBCF President, Lisa Bartley, said that this relationship is a welcome addition to the corporate support the Foundation receives.
“We are very grateful to Hunter United for raising awareness of the Foundation within their membership,” Lisa said.
“We provide grassroots support for women and men undergoing breast cancer treatment, and by having our logo on their card we will be able to hopefully touch base with more local people who need our help.”
Hunter United is the largest locally based credit union and are a customer owned business.
“Since 1963 Hunter United has continually strived to make a real difference to the community,” Steve continued.
“We recognise and appreciate the great work that the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation does for our community and we look forward to raising awareness of the Foundation through our collaborations”
Hunter United’s new look pink credit card is now available to customers who want to show their support of the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation.
To celebrate the connection with the foundation, an introductory offer of 0% pa for six months on balance transfers is available to eligible applicants.
The card also offers customers a low ongoing purchase rate and a low annual fee.
