It was mid-2014 that local businesswoman Julie Michels launched a new business called Solution Hub.
Her charter was to offer support to business owners, whether that is for the short term to bring a business back up to speed or keep the flow during peak times and during periods of change.
Julie has over 20 years experience in customer and client services and over 15 years experience in administration, accounts clerical and bookkeeping services, including payroll processing, BAS/IAS preparation, XERO and MYOB training.
She says that backed by many years of experience in various industries she has formed a solid foundation to be able to give business owners a real sense of relief and peace of mind to be able to focus on what they love and do best.
“I am different as I truly desire to help my clients,” Julie said. “It’s not just a job that I do, I genuinely want to see my clients flourish and focus on what they do best and I can be the support that allows them to do just that.”

Julie launched the business due to a merger that resulted in her employed position taking a different direction.
“Whilst it was a wonderful opportunity, I love bookkeeping and wanted to continue to explore my skills and grow in that area. Starting my own venture is giving me the freedom to navigate my future and continue investing in what I love to do.”
Solution Hub provides assistance in areas such as business administration, accounts, management reports, payroll assistance and debtor management.
