Newcastle accountancy firm SiDCOR has been named in the BRW Top 100 accountancy firms, ranked 76 in the Top 100, after just 11 years in operation.

SiDCOR is one of only eight businesses on the list to have less than 30 employees, and is one of only two firms with one partner. In contrast, the number one firm, PWC, has 450 partners and 5,713 staff.

The recognition caps off a very successful year for SiDCOR, after being named 20th in the BRW Top 50 Places to Work, in June this year.

SiDCOR founder Paul Siderovski said it was particularly rewarding to be among the top 50 per cent of companies on the list for revenue growth, with revenue up almost four per cent from last year.

Paul said while his business was an accountancy firm, it focused on changing people’s lives through more than dollars and cents.

“Our business growth comes from having an team of enthusiastic experts who help people with the big picture, and help them be successful in all aspects of their life.”

The company includes as its clients high profile names like designer Peter Morrissey and Socceroos goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer.
