Local recruitment agency peoplefusion have expanded their team with the addition of recruitment specialist Melanie Basista.

Melanie has a broad background in recruitment and human resources, having worked for over 14 years in the sectors.

At peoplefusion she specialises in permanent recruitment for Administration and Office Support positions and is joined by Katie Perkins, who has recently returned from parental leave.

Director, Sally Bartley, said that between them Katie and Melanie have over 20 years recruitment experience and together make up one of the most adept recruitment teams in the Newcastle market.

“To have great people returning to our business is a privilege, and to be able to expand our team with Melanie allows us to add great value to our clients in an area that is very labour intensive,” Sally said.

“Together both businesswomen provide a wealth of experience when consulting to businesses and candidates.”
