  • Payroll Project Management and Implementation

The successful implementation of performPAY’s payroll solution starts with project planning and scoping. performPAY will analyse client requirements and configure the payroll system to meet specifications for salary, awards, allowances, deductions, leave and reporting.

  • Payroll processing

performPay can process payroll according to the payment frequency of employees, and also any out of cycle payment runs such as bonus runs, month-end adjustment runs, and termination payments required outside of normal processing runs.

  • Self Service

Self Service allows both employees and managers an easy way to submit and approve leave, view personal information, manage and approve timesheets, access payslips and more.

  • Superannuation Payment Services

The system undertakes calculation and disbursement of employee superannuation contributions to complying superannuation funds via a clearing house arrangement allowing the employer to make only one payment.
