Australian dealer group, Office Choice Ltd has announced the appointment of new Chairman and Maitland businessman, Daniel Kelly.

Daniel is currently Managing Director of Stuart and Dunn Office Choice and has been a board member for six years, three as head of the IT Committee.

Daniel has been with the Stuart and Dunn family business for over 16 years and brings to the board an in depth understanding of the office supplies industry and the Office Choice business, as well as having extensive expertise in the IT services sector.

Daniel said it is an exciting time for him to take the reigns as Chairman.

“I think it is a wonderful time to take over the chairmanship of Office Choice Ltd,” Daniel said.

“With our aggressive 2020 plan well on track and a number of key initiatives to be realised over the coming 12 months, I look forward to supporting the National Support Office Senior Leadership Group and their teams as we continue to drive and evolve the Office Choice business.”

Daniel takes over the role from John Donaghy, who resigned as a Director effective in February. John’s businesses, Discount Office Supplies and City Stationery, are also leaving the group effective from June as their membership agreement with Office Choice Limited will terminate.

Office Choice’s CEO, Brad O’Brien said he is looking forward to working with Daniel in his new role.
