Newcastle’s Diamond ICT ranked top 6 in Australia

Locally-based managed service provider, Diamond ICT, has ranked top six in Australia (four in NSW and 169 Worldwide), on the MSPmentor 501 (2016 Edition) of the world’s top 501 IT managed service providers.

MSPmentor is the ultimate guide to managed services and the leading global destination for managed service providers. The Global MSP 501 list, published annually, recognises top service providers based on weighted metrics including recurring revenue, growth and other factors.

“Designed to be nimble, adapted over time and built for speed; sums up the companies that comprise the list this year,” Senior Content Director at Penton Technology, T.C. Doyle, said.

Currently celebrating 20 years, Diamond ICT, founded by CEO Robert Buck from humble beginnings, has grown to become one of Australia’s leading managed service providers with over 50 employees and offices across three cities.

“Our success as a managed service provider lies in the continued dedication of the Diamond team and the world-class service and solutions we strive to offer our customers,” Robert.

“Increasing our MSPmentor ranking to six from 12 (last year) is a testament to the hard-work and commitment of the whole Diamond team for not only providing outstanding managed services but also for working closely with customers to provide bespoke solutions that will increase their business productivity and overall success,” he concluded.
