Newcastle corporate insolvency and restructure specialist, Bradd Morelli has been appointed the National Managing Partner of Jirsch Sutherland.
Bradd joined Jirsch Sutherland in 2007, working initially in the Sydney office and then returning to his home town to join the founding team of the Newcastle office. Bradd’s work spans most industry sectors and business types, with significant experience working with local companies helping them to restructure, turnaround, mange business change and stakeholder strategy as well as insolvency processes.
Bradd specialises in working with businesses in the retail, manufacturing, mining, construction and the film and entertainment industries.
Jirsch Sutherland was established in 1984 and is now a national firm with 16 Partners and more than 80 staff with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Newcastle.
Bradd together with Newcastle Partners, Stewart Free and Lloyd Kerr lead a team of 13 people who work from offices in Watt Street in Newcastle. Jirsch Sutherland is an active part of the local community and supports a range of local charities and business initiatives including long0term associations with many organisations including the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service and Surfest.
Bradd took over from Managing Partner Sule Arnautovic on July 1, 2018.
Bradd spoke highly of Sule’s contribution to the business.

“Over the past 10 years, Jirsch Sutherland has expanded significantly and I look forward to continuing this outstanding work.
