Established Newcastle law firms, Osborn Jensen and UTR Law, have merged to become Osborn Law.
Hamilton based UTR Law’s team of four lawyers and conveyancing specialists will join the Osborn Jensens team, which is made up of five lawyers and four support staff.
Osborn Law Partner, Tim Osborn, said that following a recent leadership change at his firm and the merger with UTR, the timing was right for a name change.
“As always, the focus of our entire team remains on delivering our clients the most practical and effective legal advice,” Tim said. “Our same experienced team remains and we now have the added resources and expertise of UTR Law.

The firm advises its clients on a range of legal issues, with a focus on commercial, property and employment law as well as a specialisation in estate and succession planning.
Osborn Law will operate from both existing offices in Hunter Street, Newcastle and Beaumont Street, Hamilton for the time being, with a view to relocating to a consolidated space in the near future.
