With FIVE finalists in this year’s Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) Awards for Excellence, Leah Jay sits just below industry giant Colliers International, who produced six of the potential winners.
Leah Jay has represented the Hunter region consistently at the REINSW Awards, with19 total nominations over the past 19 years. This year is the first instance of two finalists from the same agency (Leah Jay) in the Residential Property Manager category.
Leah Jay is also the first to achieve back-to-back finalist nominations in the Residential Property Management Team category.
Leah Jay’s representatives at this year’s Awards include:
• Residential Property Management Team Finalist – Leah Jay Hamilton
• Residential Property Manager Finalists – Renee Ross and Nicole Childs
• Corporate Support Finalist – Lesley Rattenbury
• Communication Finalist – Leah Jay Marketing.
Principal, Leah Jay said this was an outstanding achievement for the business.
“These awards recognise excellence in both individuals and teams in residential property management. The REINSW panel bases this on performance, significant achievement, business development, culture and professional development,” Leah said.
Leah Jay has a proud and unrivalled history when it comes to major awards from reins. The agency has been consistently represented at the Awards since Principal and Founder, Leah Jay, was honoured with the first Excellence in Property Management award in 1998.
“We are proud to be representing the Hunter region again in the industry’s most prestigious awards,” said Leah.
Winners in each category will be announced at the REINSW Awards Gala Dinner in Sydney on Thursday, 5th October.
Other Hunter based finalists include Alexandra Haggarty from First National David Haggarty for the John Greig OAM Community Service Award; and John Flood Estate Agents for the Small Real Estate Agency Award.
