Madeleine Tiedeman is a Workplace and Employment Lawyer at Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors and is passionate about helping businesses understand the intricacies of employment law.

Following the completion of her degree at The University of Newcastle in 2015, Madeleine quickly dived into her first employment law role.

At the beginning of 2021, Madeleine was promoted to Senior Associate and then started an external secondment. This is a new challenge for Madeleine, who will be working closely on the ground with employees and union parties.
