Hunter Headline forms strategic partnerships

The development of strategic partnerships is often the key to success for organisations – particularly those based in the Hunter region. With this in mind Hunter Headline has always looked for ways to collaborate with local businesses.

A new alliance is with Hunter Young Professionals (HYP – previously Newcastle & Hunter Junior Chamber). Hunter Headline has an interview series entitled ‘Hunter YoungGuns’ and we’re partnering with HYP to showcase the talented young professionals in the region.

HYP provides opportunities for young people to network in a business environment, gain new management and leadership skills, interact socially together and support the local community so that they can develop as the business leaders of tomorrow.

For the third year we are pleased to be supporting DiG 2016, which will highlight industry experts in a variety of fields conducting masterclasses on how to Market, Grow & Automate your business using the very latest technology and thinking. These in-depth sessions will provide attendees with a framework to navigate change, not only to survive, but to thrive in the new economy.

Since 2013 DiG Festival has attracted major speakers from the USA, Great Britain, New Zealand and around Australia to anchor each event and ensure that it is seen as a truly national or international event with vibrant social activity.

As a key example of collaboration, rather than competition, Hunter Headline is working with Hunter Industry News to supply the business events calendar for their publication. Previously Coalface, print magazine Hunter Industry News has launched with a new brand and a wider focus, supporting the enterprise and voice of Hunter industry.

The Hunter Headline Event Guide features the corporate events for the region in one place, providing ease of access for local professionals to plan their diaries.

We have also continued our relationships with Newcastle Business Club, Women in Building and Associated Services and The Hunter Collective.

From a charity perspective we are pleased to support SIDS & Kids Hunter Region, Hunter Melanoma Foundation and Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter.

In light of all these recent strategic partnerships Hunter Headline is pleased to run a competition – the winners have a chance to win one of the below:

  • A double pass to DiG Festival 2016
  • A double pass to the October HYP event
  • A profile feature in Hunter Industry News
