GWG Partners has a fresh new look

Hunter region recruitment experts, GWG Partners is on the move, relocating to larger offices on Darby Street in conjunction with launching a fresh new website and brand.

The new offices at 158 Darby Street, Cooks Hill provide more space for their growing team and include innovative facilities for clients and jobseekers.

Sporting a Scandinavian style fit-out, breakout areas for staff and clients, a high-quality video production facility and large multipurpose meeting rooms, the new premise creates a positive and productive environment for the team and clients alike.

GWG Partners’ CEO, Julie Gearie said the new office supports the growth of the business

“The space is both functional and contemporary, whilst providing much needed room for additional team members,” Julie said.

“We want to create a place where people feel welcome and relaxed. And to add value for our clients and jobseekers we’ve included a creative space for video interviewing, video job ads and video resumes.

“We’re often the first point of contact a professional will have with a prospective employer, so having a facility where we can best represent our clients to jobseekers is important.”

Julie said the needs of their clients and jobseekers have grown in the past few years and their new premise will better support these needs.

“We now provide far more than recruiting services. For our clients, we offer a range of advisory services including expert advice on salaries, industry trends, best practice hiring processes and team development,” Julie said.

“Candidates get access to industry specific insights and guidance to shape their careers and practical advice to assist in their job seeking journey.”

GWG COO, James Grierson said the business also launched their refreshed brand and website to coincide with the move.

“The new brand design is clean yet appealing. It’s far less conservative and better reflects our progressive approach to recruitment,” James said.

“This first release of our new website and blog provides a much-needed platform for us to share thought provoking articles and practical advice to help people succeed in their career.”

Future planned releases will include industry data and innovative digital tools to give people the information they need to help with their hiring process or job search.
