GWG Partners features on the BRW Fast 100 list

Ranked 17th on the latest BRW FAST 100 companies list is Newcastle recruitment firm GWG Partners. The BRW Fast 100 list ranks Australia’s fastest growing, public and private, small and medium businesses. Some of the companies that have featured on the Fast 100 include Atlassian, Boost Juice, Lonely Planet, RedBalloon, SEEK and WebJet.

Julie Gearie, Director is delighted to be featured on this year’s list. “making the list is one thing, but ranking in the top 20 is very exciting for the whole team. Our success has been driven by our outstanding consultants, contractors and candidates.”

“We have always chosen to focus on quality outcomes rather than high volumes. So, to still achieve substantial growth is a testimony to our preference of doing the job well – providing clients with industry knowledge, experience and professionalism.”

GWG provides recruitment and contracting services for corporate and technical professions and is a preferred supplier for many organisations such as local banks and universities. “Our team are highly experienced, professional and true specialists within their sectors who value long term relationships.” says Julie.

Founded in 2012, the company has grown at well over 50% per annum, servicing some of the region’s largest companies. “We’re a good example of how regional based businesses can grow and compete on a national scale. We have sprung from a bunch of great ideas into a strong business of exceptional quality – always evolving and implementing new ideas to meet the needs of our clients and candidates” says Director, James Grierson.
