Creative Experience agency, Enigma is flying the Newcastle flag for the second year running, again listing as the only agency outside a capital city to make the cut on Campaign Brief’s Agency Creativity Index.
Last year, Enigma made history by being the first ever Novocastrian born agency to make the list. This year, it has exceeded even its own expectations, being placed within the 50 hottest agencies ahead of hundreds of creative shops including M&C Saatchi Melbourne, DDB Melbourne and J Walter Thompson, Melbourne.
Enigma’s Executive Creative Director, Pete Ogden said that he is stoked that Enigma gate crashed the party relatively late, but has still managed to make an impression.
“2017 was a big year and it shows in this new position,” Pete said.
Last year Enigma created more work for its clients than ever before and welcomed several new business wins, including clients Transport for NSW, Vitamix, CSR Bradford, V8 Supercars, Top Betta, City of Newcastle / Newcastle Business Centre / Newcastle Now, Brighton Homes and Newcastle Writers Festival.
Equally as important, the agency produced campaigns for long term clients, including McDonald Jones Homes,Newcastle Knights, Red Energy, Sydney Water and Newcastle Permanent.

“I’m proud of the team for putting their hearts into the work and I’m constantly humbled by the trust our clients put in us to help build their brands and their businesses; a responsibility we take very seriously,” Lisa said.
“We’re a 62 strong team across Newcastle and Surry Hills who get up every morning to make a difference to our client’s businesses. There is as much energy here as when I opened the doors 25 years ago, we just love working with brands of all shapes and sizes,” Lisa said.
