Dimarco Commercial Lawyers has recently undergone a name change to Dimarco Garland Lawyers with Alison Garland joining Marissa Dimarco as a Co-Director of the practice.

After working together for more than six and a half years, Marissa Dimarco and Alison Garland established the new firm in July 2021.

Alison Garland has over 19 years’ experience in the legal profession practicing primarily in property law with expertise in niche areas including, subdivision and development, commercial and industrial property, strata developments, off the plan contracts, retirement village law, rural land, mining licences, forestry agreements, access agreements, boundary encroachments and disputes, strata extinguishments, by-laws and management statements, water resources law and environmental law.

This experience has seen Alison assist local and national property developers, large government agencies, large construction and manufacturing companies, engineering companies, quarries, and civil construction companies.

Dimarco said that Alison’s appointment supports the firm’s strategic development plans.
