Thornton is set to become home to a new co-operative health and wellness destination, with Discount Drug Stores (DDS) Thornton expanding its traditional and trusted pharmacy offerings to include a new range of health, wellness, and lifestyle services.
Joining forces with WholeLife Healthfoods, the new-look DDS pharmacy, located at Thornton Shopping Centre hosted it’s opening celebrations earlier this month.
The launch introduced customers to a wide array of new holistic services, such as naturopathy and aromatherapy, alongside wellness products including organic foods, vegan and coeliac options, natural cleaning goods, eco baby and pet care supplies, and much more.
Head of WholeLife, Damian Young, says he is excited to support the Thornton community on their individual health and wellness journeys, supported by the WholeLife Healthfoods extension to the existing DDS pharmacy.

Thornton Discount Drug Store and WholeLife Healthfoods store owners, Stephen Boyle and Andrew McGrath, say they are aware of the increase in customers taking a more pro-active approach to a holistic lifestyle and are excited to provide their local community with a new experience in store.
