Capital Claims Tax Depreciation has won a contract with Frasers Property Australia that sees the businesses partner for Frasers’ Prosperity loyalty and care program.

Frasers Property Australia is a diversified property group that is highly active in the development of residential land, housing and apartments, commercial, retail and industrial properties, investment, property ownership and property management.

As a Prosperity partner, Capital Claims will provide Frasers Property’s clients with professional capital allowance and depreciation schedules for their investment property purchases.

Director of Capital Claims, Mark Wilkins said it’s fantastic to see the business chosen amongst larger competitors.

The contract is initially for a term of two years and will see the companies working closely together at future expos, seminars and in providing the service to clients of Frasers Property Australia.
