Business centre expands to meet demand

One of the region’s most established professional business centres has opened the doors of its expanded and rebranded centre.

Under the ownership and direction of Emma Knight, the centre has expanded its premises and rebranded as Mint Business Centre.

The centre was established as the NineWays Business Centre in 1999 and today provides professional serviced offices and business support services to hundreds of businesses from its Maryville premises.

Mint Business Centre features professional offices, meeting areas and 300sqm of warehouse facilities, as well as business support offices that are staffed by a team of highly professional receptionists and administration people.

Centre Manager, Emma Knight, said that increased demand in services and spaces led to the expansion and the opportunity to freshen the brand to be more reflective of its 2017 offering.

“Our clients are local, national and international companies that work across a diverse and varied number of professional, business and industry,” Emma said.

“Some of these include shipping, mining, manufacturing, civil infrastructure and professional and financial services. Many of the businesses we assist were looking for opportunities to expand or use additional business support services.”

The centre includes 24 NBN equipped serviced offices, two meeting rooms, a training room, boardroom and hot desk area that accommodates six desks. Mint Business Centre also offers virtual office services to clients within the Hunter and beyond, telephone answering and administration support.

The centre’s goal is to add value to the businesses that use their service by offering a range of support packages that are delivered professionally, efficiently and are individually tailored. Their motto is – it is your office, your way.

Mint Business Centre is located in portside suburb of Maryville and provides easy access to Newcastle’s CBD and transport Interchange.
