Building a culture of supporting the next generation

The end of the year is looking to be a very busy for Cutcher & Neale with the arrival of six new trainees into their Audit & Assurance, Super and Accounting & Taxation teams in the last month.

The six students will start employment within the Newcastle Office of Cutcher & Neale, whilst studying part-time at the University of Newcastle.

Ian Neale, Partner and son of the founding partner Geoff Neale, said their clients benefit from an extraordinarily experienced and mutli-faceted group –  with an additional eight professional staff and multiple administration roles joining the team in the last year.

“Cutcher & Neale continues to remain relevant to current accounting trends with ensuring that all responsibilities generated by the firm is conducted in-house,” Ian said.

“All staff are equipped with latest technology, training and credentials for the firm to continue to be modern and progressive accountants and financial advisors.”

“Since our establishment in 1953, we have always strived to develop and nurture the skills of young accounting professionals, especially those who have recently graduated from university or are currently still studying.”

“Trainees play an extremely important role in the continual growth and development of our firm, bringing a fresh level of skills and perspective to our team. While we assist them in fostering and honing their skills through our core values of absolute integrity, personal service and professionalism, they help us to remain innovative and forward thinking,” Ian concluded.
