Hunter Headline’s yearly, free publication highlighting local business success launched its third edition at an exclusive event in Newcastle’s newest business space.
Local business leaders, readers and partners gathered at The Business Centre’s new office in Dick Street on Thursday, 29 June to unveil THE ANNUAL 2017, which preserves the most popular articles featured on Hunter Headline’s website over 2016/2017 in permanent printed history.
Hunter Headline General Manager, Holly Martin officially launched the publication to the night’s crowd as a sneak peek, with copies becoming available today at local CommBank branches throughout the region.
“Hunter Headline’s achievements over the past four years are thanks to the amazing support we’ve had from Hunter business and the community,” Holly said.
“The launch was an opportunity for us to celebrate the newest edition of THE ANNUAL, highlighting the achievements of local businesses and putting some of the Hunter region’s talented entrepreneurs centre stage.
“As a news source designed to showcase the achievements of businesses that have grown, succeeded, innovated, expanded, donated and thrived, it was an honour to share this with the Hunter community.”
“We are thrilled to partner with CommBank to ensure that organisations and individuals across the Hunter region are able to get access to the keepsake magazine,” Holly continued.
The night’s speakers consisted of three organisations that are being assisted by The Business Centre, including Creative Director at Virtual Perspective, Tim Davidson; Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Airsight, AirsightX and UAVAIR, Nick Smith; and serial tech entrepreneur of health start-up companies including Mobito, Tony Singh.
The Business Centre’s Chief Executive Officer, Pierre Malou said the business was proud to partner with Hunter Headline for the official launch of THE ANNUAL 2017.
“As champions for business, both organisations work with great passion to nurture and support business development in the Hunter region,” Pierre said.
“Hunter Headline offers real value and great benefits to our business community. Over the four years it has operated, many of the businesses we’ve had the privilege of working with have received valuable publicity through the outlet.”
“We have loved working with so many local businesses to create and launch this publication,” Holly continued. “We are so proud of the final product, due in no small part to the creative flair from Ronnoco in crafting THE ANNUAL 2017.”
