Rapid Solutions has further bolstered its quality insurance and training services with the appointment of Nikki Garrard, Manager Strategy, Compliance and Operations – Rapid Training.
Nikki has taken the newly created leadership role after spending more than a decade working in the vocational education and training sector (VET). This work included senior management roles in organisations including Forsythes Training, where she helped create and manage the company’s Career Institute. Other work included Advanced Careers College, and Sarina Russo.
Nikki said she wasn’t looking for a new job, but the diversity of the role and the strength of the organisation and its market opportunities was very enticing.
“Rapid Solutions is a home grown success story that has a tremendous leadership team and people that really understand how to deliver customer focused solutions,” Nikki said.
At Rapid Solutions, Nikki will lead the development of innovative online products with responsive assessment options for pest management professionals.
Rapid Solutions’ CEO, Belinda Smith, said that Nikki’s appointment was part of the organisation’s commitment to enhancing its position in the niche market of training and insurance in the property services sector.

Rapid Solutions is based in Cardiff and is a leader in providing tailored insurance solutions for the pest management, building inspection, agricultural pest and weed control sectors in Australia and New Zealand. It also provides technical advice and industry recognised training solutions for this sector.
The company was established in Newcastle just over 25 years ago and today employs nearly 40 people who support a client base of more than 2,000 customers across Australia and New Zealand.
