Cathy Dobinson has joined Newcastle based legal firm, Osborn Law, adding further depth and expertise to the service offering it provides to its clients.
Joining the team as a Property Lawyer, Cathy brings broad property law experience and a specialty in residential and commercial conveyancing along with retail and commercial leasing.
Osborn Law Solicitor Director, Tim Osborn, said that Cathy’s skills were a great complement to his team’s well-established expertise.
“We already work closely with our clients across all areas of commercial, property, and employment law as well as litigation and debt recovery, wills and probate. Cathy has bolstered the existing property services, with her vast experience and industry knowledge,” Tim said.
Cathy has more than 13 years of experience in the legal profession, and has specialised in the dedicated areas of residential and commercial conveyancing and retail and commercial leasing for 12 years.
“With such extensive experience, Cathy has a deep understanding of the conveyancing process, as well as property and contract law. Cathy is also acutely aware of the often tight timeframes required to be met in conveyancing.”
Cathy prides herself on being approachable and taking the time to maintain close contact with clients and parties associated with each transaction with her eye always on the importance of providing a high standard of service.
