New energy for growing business at Asquith Workforce

Asquith Workforce has recently welcomed Ryan Fibbens and Brodie Eaton to their Newcastle team.

Bringing a wealth of experience in recruitment and client management, Ryan joins the team as their National Client Relations Manager.

Meanwhile, Brodie steps into their Recruitment Administration desk, applying her can-do attitude and technical skills to the smooth running of Asquith’s busy office.

Following nearly two decades in leadership roles in the recruitment industry, Ryan brings extensive experience providing clients with staff for the delivery of multi-million-dollar projects in mining, civil construction, defense, energy and telecommunications.

Ryan is a great believer in working closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their broader goals, allowing him to deliver better outcomes that help clients achieve their business goals.

“The strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit of the Asquith Workforce team attracted me, as I thrive on culture that has a hunger for growth,” Ryan said.

“I was keen to be able to contribute to the strategic direction and their people first values aligned with my own. Also, being one of the few fully Aboriginally owned businesses in the industry, the support of our traditional community really resonates with me.”

Combining his recruitment expertise with his extensive risk mitigation knowledge, Ryan will continue to grow the Asquith Workforce client portfolio across white and blue collar as well as workplace health and safety services.

Brodie is a born and bred Novocastrian with a background in recruitment, administration, and customer service.

In Asquith’s rapidly growing business, she brings additional order and efficiency to the office systems and uses her software and technology magic to help her colleagues.

With a passion for helping people, Brodie presents a bright and welcoming face for clients and candidates.

“I was so surprised to hear from Jill about this role, as I’d applied for a role with another company a few months earlier. When we met, we had a great connection and I liked how candidates are more than a number – they remembered me!” Brodie said.

“I love being in this fast-paced environment, but as a mother of two children under four I also appreciate the supportive and flexible culture in this business. We work hard but we have a lot of laughs.”
