Local boutique real estate agency, Nest Realty Group has expanded its business by adding a property management services arm to its client offering.
The new property management service is designed to drive home the business’ commitment to client needs and reducing the stress around property.
Principal, Michael Barber said Nest Realty Group has experiencing ongoing success that has allowed it to expand its offering.
“This addition to our business is a key step – it allows us to offer a holistic property service to our customers,” Michael said.
“We believe that a successful property manager is one who truly cares, and just as importantly, one who takes communication to the next level.”
Nest has appointed Angela Barber as the office’s Senior Property Manager. Angela brings with her a background in customer and asset management spanning around 20 years, the principle reason for her strategic appointment.
“Angela’s qualifications in financial services and business degree give her the ability to understand the landlord’s specific investment needs,” Michael said.
He said this knowledge adds values to investors by giving Angela the ability to not only manage relationships, but also help to improve client’s investments.
“At Nest, we deliver true value by saving our vendors and landlords time whilst achieving the most favourable investment returns for them. We understand that most of our customers are time-poor and they hugely appreciate the capacity for us to look after minor maintenance issues, source quality tenants and ensure their rents are received on time,” Michael said.
Angela said Nest’s approach to property management is all about maximising a client’s investment.
“Property management, for me, is centred around maximising the benefit that people receive from their investments: it comes down to finding a happy tenant, who feels valued, and linking them with a home that suits their needs,” Angela said.
