A highly-successful career in some of the country’s biggest financial management firms meant the bar had been set high for National Practice Development Manager, Lisa Gamble’s next employer.
It was going to take something special to allow her to make the sea change she wanted from her home in Sydney’s exclusive Vaucluse.
That special opportunity came in the form of an introduction to Managing Director of Newcastle’s Infinity Wealth and Financial Services, Andrew Masson.
Lisa said an opportunity to work with the Newcastle business has allowed her to make the move she wanted to Valentine.
“Even though I was incredibly keen for a less stressful life than the one I’d had for so long in Sydney, my career is very important to me so I needed to find a role that was challenging and a company I really believed in,” Lisa said.
“And that was Infinity.”
Lisa joins the team at Infinity as Business Manager, bringing with her almost 20 years of experience in business management roles, including at Perpetual, Deloitte and the Commonwealth Bank.
Her career has been enhanced with ambitious professional learning; and she recently completed the highly-regarded Stanford LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation.
“I was immediately impressed with Infinity,” Lisa said.
“For a young and small firm, it’s had amazing growth – and that’s because it’s been built on careful foundations and backed up with the right strategies. It’s also a brave company in that it’s an early adopter of the latest industry technology – there are plenty of financial management companies out there not willing to take those leaps.

Andrew said Lisa’s appointment was a coup for Infinity.
