Local real estate agents and property managers will take centre stage at the 21st year of the REINSW Awards.
One of the most respected awards in the NSW industry, the event celebrates the best, bravest and brightest work across the property industry. Belle Property Charlestown/Hunter Valley, Leah Jay and Green St Property are amongst industry representatives from across the state who have been nominated as finalists.
Having recently rebranded, Belle Property Charlestown/Hunter Valley’s Head of Property Management, Larissa Bridge is proud to have been nominated as a finalist for the Residential Property Manager Award.
“It is an honour and privilege to be recognised within the industry as a leader and the timing couldn’t be more perfect with the changeover,” Larissa said.
“My personal brand aligns with Belle Property’s philosophy that people are at the core of our business. It’s our connection and desire to help people and give our clients all the information necessary to make an informed decision on what is best for them that allows us to have a very important point of difference within our industry.”
Leah Jay has again been nominated for a range of categories, including John Grieg OAM Community Service, Residential Property Management Team for their Belmont office, Pippa Rowntree was nominated for Operational Leadership and Melanie Firth for Operational Support.
“Last year we achieved the unimaginable with three major wins, so we know to match it would be highly unlikely. But we’re in there and we’ll give it our best shot,” Principal Leah Jay said.
Green St Property has been nominated for Residential Sales Team and COO Amanda Aloupis is a finalist for Operational Leadership.
Award winners will be revealed at the Awards Gala Dinner on Thursday 27 September at 6.30pm at Sydney Town Hall.
